Our facile and user-friendly policy offers a 10 days easy return refund and exchange. In case of change in color of the product, or if you have got a defective parcel, or maybe a changed parcel other than that which you have ordered, in these situations or maybe in other ones, you can directly get connected with our customer service department.
Return Policy:
Who is eligible for it? All those who have any issues or concerns regarding their received parcel are eligible. Whether their concern is regarding size and color or either the design, they all can avail this facility.
The major problem which we have experienced in this domain is regarding the size issue because the measurement of every body type is different. And because of this issue, we encounter this problem. So what is the solution for this? We have two great options for you to keep yourselves safe from this issue. While placing the order please pay your utmost attention and check the measurement and size details you are ordering and then order accordingly. Secondly, if you have any difficulty in finding the right size according to your body type then do not worry and consider the option of customization. Yes, you can order any jacket by doing customization with that. If the customer selects the wrong size while placing the order, Jacket-hub will not be accepting returns. Although customers can exchange the item by only paying the shipping fee for the replacement item.
Terms and Conditions of Return Policy:
1. You are competent to utilize our return, refund, and exchange policy for 10 days.
2. The removal of the tag will make you ineligible for the use of our return policy.
3. If you exceed the number of days from 10 then this offer will be considered to expire for you.
4. While planning a return or exchange of a parcel then kindly do not wash it.
5. Remember that if we do not find it in its original condition then we will not be able to accept the return.
6. If you have used the product then it will not be returned or exchanged.
7. The product should be in accurate condition just like the way you have received it. Or else it will not be considered or returned.
8. Your product should not contain any cut on that or else we will not be able to entertain you with our facility of the return policy.
9. If you did any alteration by yourself after receiving the parcel, you will not be able to avail the return policy.
10. Please take note of the point that the return policy does not apply to your customized attires.
11. If you think you are competent for this return policy and planning to apply for it then kindly note that you have to bear the shipping expenses on your own.
12. For the return of the parcel kindly use the courier service which provides you a tracking ID/number. And after receiving that tracking ID/number from your courier company kindly share it with our customer care service.
13. To return your received parcel, you are liable to send it back to the same warehouse from where you have received it, at your own expense.
14. Lastly, please make sure that the parcel does not contain any stains on it otherwise you will be declared ineligible for the use of our return policy.

Exchange Policy:
If you face the issues in the following conditions like in size or color or maybe have received a different product and now want to exchange the product, you have to email us at sales@jackfitleathers.com and place a request for an exchange. The reason for the exchange has to be valid and mentioned accurately in the mail. Our customer support representatives will guide you through the further process of exchange. Once your exchange gets approved soon after that you will have to send the product back to us. When we will receive the parcel back our inspection team will inspect it and if the product is found accurate we will send you the exchange within the next 15 working days.
Terms and Conditions of Exchange Policy:
1. While planning to exchange a product make sure that it is in its original condition.
2. You should mention a clear and valid reason for the exchange in the application.
3. You can easily get your received product change if you have found a change in color, size, or if it is different from the mentioned picture on our website.
4. You have to bear the expenses of sending the product to us which you have planned to exchange on your own.
5. You are instructed to send the product returned back to the same warehouse from which you have received it.
6. For the further process, you have to return us the parcel you have received. To return us back the wrong product for the sake of its exchange kindly choose a trackable courier service. They will grant you a tracking ID/number kindly share that with our customer care service.
7. The exchange will be made free of cost. Whereas you are just liable to pay the customs charges.
8. We do not exchange custom parcels.
Return and exchange procedure:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If in case you will not receive any email so you can contact our customer support team at sales@jackfitleathers.com, we are here to facilitate you. Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours.
Steps for the execution of return and exchange procedure:
* Take pictures of the product you have received.
* Write an email and mention valid and clear reasoning for executing the return or exchange procedure.
* Attach the picture of the product in an email and send that to us at sales@jackfitleathers.com.
* Our customer service department will surely respond to that email within the next 24 hours. They will share a return address with you as well.
* Then you will have to send the product back to us by using a trackable courier service at your own expense. You are directed to share the tracking Id/number which you have received from the courier company with our customer care representative.
* Once we will receive the product, we will notify you via email.
* If the received product will not be in its best original condition, you will not be entitled to the policy.
* In the case you clear all the inspection procedures and declare for a successful return, our accounts department will proceed with the refund procedure. It will take 3 working days for our finance department to process it. And you will get your amount back in 5-14 banking days. Some banks may take more than 14 days to reimburse the amount to your account.
Refund policy:
If you have encountered an issue with the received parcel because of any reason which may include the issues in size, issues in color, or maybe you have not received the product, or the product is defective, or the product is not as described or shown at our website, then get in touch with our customer care department. Our customer care representatives will respond to you within 24 hours. After the confirmation from our customer care representatives, you will be entitled to the refund policy.
Terms and Conditions of Refund Policy:
* Buyers will be reimbursed in the same method of payment used to pay for the item.
* Processing of the refund policy from our accounts department will get done in 3 business working days by our team.
* Afterward, you will receive your amount back in 5 to 14 business working days.
Order Cancellation Policy:
* You will be refunded the entire of your payment if you will cancel your placed order within 24 hours after you have made a purchase.
* 30% of your payment will be subtracted if you will request a cancellation of your purchase after 24 hours.
* If only 3 days remain in your product’s shipment and you will request us to cancel your order, we regret to inform you that we will deduct 50% of your paid amount.
* Once your order gets dispatched it could not get canceled.
Restocking Fee:
At Jackfit Leather’s, if the customer wants to return product they are more likely to bear the product return shipping cost and 10% restocking fee
